ChixLIT Submission Guidelines It’s easy to submit to chixLIT, the literary 'zine by and for girls 7 to 17: You must be age 7 to 17 and a female to be published in chixLIT. Choose one or two of your best pieces of writing—nothing too long: poem, short short story, review, rant, love letter, song. (250 word maximum, please). Send it to us -- in the body of an e-mail (yay!) -- to Submit@chixLIT.com or on paper to chixLIT PO Box 12051 Orange CA 92859 We cannot accept attachments! Be sure to include your name, age, hometown, a signed permission slip and a way to contact you (see link below). If you are 13 or younger, it needs to be a way to contact your adult guardian or parent. (Our favorite way is email; it saves our phone bill!) If you include all the stuff from No. 4, and we decide to print what you wrote, you’ll hear from us.
